I downloaded this to my phone every time I click on my profile keeps crashing please fix thanks

A popup keeps coming up when Signing in, it keeps prompting to put in a valid email. I have 1 email so it must be the app. Other than that my checkout was smooth and easy. Ive bought from shoebuy before so its an great value for great products

The Shoebuy app has all the same ease of use and functionality as their desktop website. I can easily browse millions of shoes from my iPhone! Saves me time and money!

App was great and easy to use. I easily searched for and bought a pair of sandals with it. Bonus that they give 20% off after buying with the app the first time.

Now I can shop for great shoes without the hassle of getting on my computer!

This site is the best. Price is right. No tax and free deliveries both ways. What else do u want. Easy app to use.

It is only because of frustration that on three separate times, a month apart, I tried checking out & the app crashed - that makes this I first review. It is an appsolute waste of time

To start with, the search function is rather frustrating. But worst of all is that it crashes everytime I try to complete my purchase. This app is garbage!

Website not set up for returns & be careful main sizes listed are UK. I just made that mistake thinking I selected the wrong US size so changed last minute before purchasing since it had UK size listed & not US on the purchase summary and not even in parenthesis defining this to clarify. Then their return/exchange link online is a tracking link so not even accurate. So frustrating. Their customers service is rude too.
